Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the OLLO iOS application and related services. By using OLLO, you agree to these Terms.

OLLO helps people discover and connect with nearby users. Use OLLO respectfully, safely, and only for lawful purposes.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use OLLO. By using OLLO, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for the information you provide. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep your account secure. You may not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without permission.

3. How OLLO Works

OLLO uses nearby discovery technologies to help users see other OLLO users who are physically nearby and online. A chat starts only when a ping is accepted. Nearby discovery is approximate and may vary depending on device settings, operating system behavior, Bluetooth availability, network conditions, and environment.

4. Respectful Use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse another person.
Send unwanted sexual, hateful, violent, or discriminatory content.
Share illegal, misleading, explicit, or harmful content.
Spam users or send repeated unwanted pings or messages.
Use OLLO to collect personal information about others without consent.
Attempt to bypass blocks, bans, rate limits, safety systems, or technical protections.
Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or misuse the app or backend services.

5. User Content

You are responsible for content you submit, including profile photos, bios, messages, reports, and other information. You grant OLLO a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the app.

We may remove content or restrict accounts if we believe content violates these Terms, safety rules, App Store requirements, or applicable law.

6. Safety Tools

OLLO may provide tools such as blocking, reporting, chat deletion, and account deletion. We may review reports and take action including warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, permanent bans, or account deletion.

7. No Guarantee of Connections

OLLO does not guarantee that nearby users will appear, that pings will be accepted, that messages will be delivered instantly, or that any connection will lead to an offline meeting or relationship.

8. Real-World Safety

You are responsible for your own decisions and real-world interactions. Use good judgment when meeting or communicating with others. OLLO is not responsible for the conduct of users online or offline.

9. Privacy

Your use of OLLO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

10. Availability and Changes

OLLO may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OLLO after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using OLLO at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or if required by law.

12. Disclaimers

OLLO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OLLO and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the app.

14. Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for OLLO or its content. Your use of the app may also be subject to Apple Media Services Terms and applicable App Store rules.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
